Nominator's project description
| Professor Rogelberg is a leading industrial-organizational psychologist. He is well-known for his research on meetings at work, a topic he has put on the academic landscape. He has also developed a new method that allows describing nonrespondents to employee surveys. Furthermore, his research has explored the well-being impact of having to do “dirty work”, that is work needed within society, but that is stigmatized as physically, socially or morally tainted. In Germany, he plans to develop a test to measure meeting leadership ability. |
